Ice-Breaker Tuesday: Health Policy Meme-Making
Jul 11, 2023Introducing a new ice-breaker to your health policy class can be a great way to get the conversation started and allow students to get to know one another better. One activity that can work well in this setting is having students create a meme related to health policy. This activity will encourage students to think critically about their current knowledge of health policy, express their own opinions, and have some fun along the way!
To complete this activity, simply have students create their meme's and captions in a tool such as Canva and add the picture in your Learning Management System Discussion Board. Then you can have students vote on the best one!

This is a fun and versatile activity that can be done in a variety of ways, for a variety of courses.
I'd love to hear your ideas on this ice-breaker. Share them in The Online Educator Facebook Group!
