Radical Online Resource: The K. Patricia Cross Academy

I'm really excited to share this Radical Online Resource today called the K. Patricia Cross Academy. I have featured assignments and resources from the Academy on my blog before, but I wanted to dedicate a whole post to this great resource.

The K. Patricia Cross Academy is an online repository of resources and assignments that can be used by educators to promote student success in higher education. The Academy was founded by Elizabeth Barkley and Claire Major to celebrate and preserve the legacy of 20th century thought leader, K. Patricia Cross, a renowned scholar and teacher who devoted her career to advancing student success in higher education.

The K. Patricia Cross Academy contains a wealth of resources that educators can use to promote student success. These resources include assignments, learning activities, videos, and articles. During the pandemic, many of their assignments were modified to accommodate online courses. This makes it a very relevant resource for our community.

Some of the assignments I have featured from the K. Patricia Cross Academy include the Contemporary Issues Journal, Jigsaw and Digital Story.
